product delivery was fast and the quality of the product is extremely good. however, i am rating it 4/5 because its small. I am in the medium category, hence I ordered for a L size (going by comments from other review purchases). However, L was short. Waist fit well but the shoulder straps were way too short.
But the posture corrector fit well on my wife, who is of size S. I am glad that it did, because the product is of nice quality, very comfortable and I will recommend it for people who work most seated in front of the computer. It only means that I now have to make another purchase and wait for the delivery again :(

this is a great back brace and posture corrector. it has a very good quality feel and look. the elastic and Velcro pull and hold nice and tight. it has very stiff rods going on either side of the spine which offer really good support. I am a waist of 36 and bought a L, if I was to purchase again I would probably go with a M.
